Walls Continued....

Only a partial week, there was some shenanigans with a fence I had to replace and I'm picking up some shifts for a new Laser Welder I bought to make the skin install much easier (in theory) but the build continues!

Made a custom holder tool that goes on the vertical 1x1 framing members but then gives me a wide surface and makes it easier to keep the horizontal tubing level across the wall face.

I decided to make the front and sides of the bed frame integral into the wall framing This gives rigidity to the whole structure and allows for large gaps under the bed for the large swing-out kitchen and then a larger cargo door on the driver side.

The roof will be an additional foot above the top of the current walls but is angled 45° at the front and rear for styling and airflow but I'm getting the bottom walls at least fitted into place so if there is any distortion with welding it mostly moves together.

I continued work on the coupler. After cutting off the rotisserie tubing that I had installed in the front of the tongue and welding a cover on the front I had to cut a notch out for welds on the interior of the coupler, in theory it'll be sealed with welding but I plan on pressurizing the front tongue tube with 1-3 psi after I weld the back blocking plate on so I can test the welds for leaks just to make sure I don't have some pinholes that'll let water in.
