Walls and Other
I kept working on the walls, added the front tongue jack mount. I debated on using a doubler plate but decided the 3/16" steel would be strong enough. If I was doing a jack with a wheel I would probably want a doubler plate but since the jack I have has just a wide metal foot there won't be as much lateral movement and torquing.
The walls took some time. I decided to go with more wall framing at 14ga thick with a 20ga stainless skin versus my original design which used less wall framing at 1/8" and an 18ga thick stainless skin. This made it cheaper since stainless is super expensive. The negative to that is mig welding 20ga stainless is not really feasible for the finished skin so I ended up spending MORE money on a handheld laser welder to increase welding speed and reduce distortion.... I spent more money in the end but got a really cool new tool! :D
Test fitting the windows was pretty cool though in hindsight I should've given an 1/8" more clearance on all sides as the frames are a little tight on one after some minor weld distortion from fully welding the framing around the openings.
